Technology

From our Crèche class, we employ different forms of technology as teaching and learning tools. We are one of the few schools in Kenya that teach programming to 6yr olds and above, and have had the privilege of attending Barclays Digital Eagle events. We are also the first Kenyan curriculum school in Nakuru to set up a school platform for e-learning, to enable learning during the covid-19 lockdown. This e-learning was a success to the extent that the school’s founders were interviewed by Voice of America. Watch the two interviews with Oku and Utheri. This blended teaching has accelerated learning, and further prepared our students to have a critical and tech savvy mind that will enable them to solve the challenges of the 21st Century. They are able to engage with their counterparts abroad. Technology ensures that the African child is not left behind.
